Development Path
Cross-location Rotation
Rotating positions in different places, participating in training, overseas job rotation opportunities for outstanding candidates, tailor-made IDP; communication assessment, and access to all training within the Group.
Project Experience
Face-to-face communication with the CEO, participate in management meetings of the company, assume project management responsibilities, and conduct regular debriefing and communication sessions.
Manager
To meet the needs of the rapid development of the business, High-end elites who identify highly with Sime Darby culture and develop together with it, the backbone of the Group's management team.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
  • Identify with the Sime Darby culture

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills
  • Accept job rotation, including cross-city rotation
Educational Background
  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Fresh graduates from universities (985/211 and overseas), excellent students can graduate within two years
  • MBA preferred
Skill Experience
  • CET-6 or above, fluent in English
  • Proficient in office software
  • Data analysis skills
  • Internship experience or project experience
  • Driving license preferred
